Ironman UK Triathlon 2008

International sporting event with some 1,500 competitors from around the world taking part. The Castle hosts the lake swim and is the centre for the event activity, whilst the bike and run courses venture out through the Dorset countryside and Sherborne town.

2.4m swim, 112m bike, 26.2m run. Starts 6am. Plus Junior Duathlon on Saturday 6th.
