Dorset Beaches

beach sunsetThe Dorset coastline is one of most diverse and exciting coastlines in Britain, if not the world. It is part of the Jurassic Coast that documents over 180 million years of geological history and stretches 95 miles east from the border of Devon.

lymeThere are a huge variety of summer activities to take part in along the Dorset coastline.

Try snorkelling over the reef in Bowleaze Cove or fossil collecting around the cliffs in Charmouth. The crystal clear waters of Man O War bay are perfect for a swim in the summertime. Spend a day fishing for mackerel off Chesil beach followed by a late evening stroll around West Bay, or you may just want to relax on a beach in Lyme Regis with your family & friends in the summer sun.
