Wellbridge is a two bedroom single story cottage, one of 10 around a grassed, quadrangle, providing nominated off-road parking and suitable for wheelchair access. It comprises of two bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds, bathroom with washbasin, toilet and bath with shower, kitchen and sitting room area. This room includes settee, easy chairs, TV, video, DVD, dining table and chairs, kitchen area with washing machine/spin dryer, oven, hob, sink, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and kitchen utensils. Heating throughout is by electricity, which is included in the rental price, as it is the provision of linen and towels.
