Address:
Tons Of Money at The Marine Theatre‘Tons of Money’ is a farce for our times! First produced at the National Theatre in 1986 with a cast that included Michael Gambon and Simon Cadell, we are proud to welcome the Lyme Regis Dramatic Society with a sidesplitting production that will leave you rolling in the aisles.
Set in the 1920s, a couple have come into money and are desperate to keep it from an army of creditors. But, in the true tradition of farce, it’s never as easy as it seems! This hilarious escapade includes a sharp-witted yet hard-of-hearing aunt, two faked deaths, numerous hapless servants and one of the most celebrated female characters in the history of farce. Guaranteed fun for all!
