Dorset Architectural Heritage Week is an annual event run by the Dorset Architectural Heritage Week Association and East Dorset Heritage Trust. It aims to stimulate public awareness of Dorset’s rich architectural and cultural heritage by allowing free access to many properties that are normally closed to the public or charge for entry.
Openings this year include are The Church Of Our Lady Queen of Martyrs & St Ignatius Church, Chideock - the Sacristy will be open to view the wall paintings and the site of the original barn chapel, the Guildhall at Lyme Regis and the Quaker Meeting House, Bridport.
