There are loads of great events going on over the next few months in West Dorset, it's the perfect time to take a short break and discover some great attactions and places of interest.

The Tolpuddle Martyrs' Festival is celebrating it's 175th Anniversary Commemoration this year and is set to be a fantstic event. A fun packed weekend for all the family with stalls, processions, music and more.

Camp Bestival is once again returning to Lulworth Castle for 2009. This 3 day festival by the sea is taking place on the 24th, 25th & 26th of July and is not to be missed - it includes great music from PJ Harvey and Will Young, DJ sets from Zane Lowe and Annie Mac presents plus lots lots more.

As well as our fantastic range of seasonal events there are plenty of other activities to take part in such as watersports, fossil walks and even Zorbing. Alternatively you could keep active with any one of Dorset's beautiful coastal and countryside walks or take a stroll on any one of West Dorset's fantastic beaches.
