Bridport has five Long Stay and four Shoppers' car parks. West Bay has one seafront, two harbourside and three Long Stay car parks. All car parks are operated on a Pay and Display basis.
Park and Ride
A park and ride service operates from West Bay to Bridport on Saturdays throughout the Summer.
Disabled Badge Holders
If you are a blue badge holder and receive one of the following allowances or supplements, you may apply for a free parking permit:
This will entitle you to three hours free parking in any car parking bay. Your disabled badge and clock must be displayed. Please complete an application form and return it to us by post using the address on the form. A temporary exemption permit may also be obtained from tourist information centres or from Parking Services.
Larger Vehicles
Lorries, coaches, motorhomes, caravans, caravanettes, trailers etc can be accommodated at the West Street coach park, Bridport, and the West Bay Road car park, West Bay in the commercial area / coach park. Coaches can park for free on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Public Transport
There are excellent public transport links in and around Bridport and West Bay, particularly the CoastlinX53, which travels along the Jurassic Coast. Visit the TIC for more details.
