The Children's Farm is home to a large variety of animals. Children can bottle feed baby goats twice daily, cuddle the guinea pigs and meet the rabbits, donkeys, cows and pigs. There is goat racing twice a day, a large indoor playbarn with ball pool, plus pony rides and an educational display about the history of smuggling at Abbotsbury.

The nearest major road is the A35. Come off at Winterborne Abbas near Dorchester. Follow signs for Portesham and Abbotsbury. The Children's Farm is in the village of Abbotsbury, on the B3157 coast road between Weymouth and Bridport.
The nearest station is Weymouth. Take a taxi from the station or bus from the Tourist Information Centre on the seafront.
