Anyone who wishes to film will be required to sign a letter of agreement and also supply the following:

·  An event schedule

·  Risk assessment

·  Public liability insurance certificate (minimum of £5 million)

Fees will apply to some applicants depending on the nature of the production.  Fees are set out as follows:
