Magnificent Victorian walled garden set in 20 acres of woodland valley. The unique micro climate enables rare and exotic species from all over the world to thrive here. Children's adventure play area. Nature trail. Sunken gardens with golden pheasants. Superb colonial style teahouse with veranda overlooking the sunken garden. Road Directions

Nearest major road is A35. Come off the A35 at Winterbourne-Abbas near Dorchester. Follow signs Portesham/Abbotsbury. The gardens are in Abbotsbury on the B3157 coast road between Weymouth and Bridport.

Public Transport Directions

Nearest station is Weymouth. The X53 Jurassic Coast bus runs regularly through Abbotsbury, the Gardens are approximately 2 miles from the centre of the village.
